THE Kelison's Summer Vacation

Back in 1990 Mary Cay and Kay met at a Italian restaurant named Vince's in lower QueenAnne in Seattle, Washington. Kay (mommy) worked as a bartender - while attending art school after leaving the US Navy. Mary Cay (mamma) worked as a waitress - while attending univesity washington studying french, dance and linguistics. Kay (mommy), fell in love with Mary Cay the minute she saw her, however it took a little while for Mary Cay (mamma) to realize that Kay was truely her soulmate. We became friends, then fell in love. We have been together over 21 years! Something to be proud about for sure, serously who stays together that long. We both wanted to be parents, in 2005 we were blessed by a little angel named Deacon Blue! He was born on Jan 1st, 2005! Then as time passed, Mary Cay (mamma) really wanted to experience pregnacy and since we had 3 extra supply of goods we figured why not? If it's meant to be, it's meant to be! After 2 tries, we gave it one more try and on July 20th, 2007 Mary Cay (mamma) gave birth to our second son: Chase Orion. Now, Deacon is 6 and Chase just turned 4 We decided to create a blog on what we learn from our boys. Being two woman and raising boys is such a journey and its quite commical so we thought why not share our moments, photos, laughs, and love!
